Shipping Policy

All products ship from our studio in New York via UPS.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. For international inquiries, please email bo@bozhaoman.com.

Refunds & Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
